While you may already have a main care provider, our services can complement and enhance your existing care by providing personalized support, advocating for your preferences, offering relaxation and energetic balance through Reiki techniques and spiritual support. Leah also offers ancestral healing, incorporating rituals and ceremonies to honor and heal ancestral trauma and patterns, providing whole being spiritual care. By integrating ancestral wisdom and energy healing, we can help you navigate the emotional and spiritual aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, or in pregnancy release to offer a comprehensive approach to holistic wellness. Clients can schedule virtual consultations, prenatal visits, birth coaching, postpartum care sessions, and pregnancy release support to receive the guidance and nurturing needed from the comfort of your own home. Our virtual doula services prioritize inclusivity, accessibility, and personalized care, ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their location, can benefit from the wisdom and support of a doula. Our services include personalized prenatal education, birth planning, continuous labor support, and assistance with postpartum recovery. Additionally, as a Full Spectrum Doula, Leah offers support for individuals navigating a pregnancy release. While the majority of our support is provided virtually, we also understand the importance of in-person presence. In certain circumstances, we can connect with a network of trusted professionals and community partners who can provide in-person support, such as birth assistants, midwives, or counselors, depending on your needs and preferences for additional costs. While our virtual services are designed to offer personalized care from a distance, we also offer in-person support for clients in select locations for an additional traveling fee (see "Doula support in person" below). Whether you choose virtual or in-person support, Leah is dedicated to guiding and empowering you through your journey of trust and surrender.

Womb Waves offers personalized local doula services to provide care in the comfort of your own home or chosen birth space. For birth support, we offer virtual prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, emotional and physical in person support during labor, and assistance with initial breastfeeding support. Leah will travel to your location (60 miles of Charlottesville, VA, U.S.), whether it's your home, a birthing center, or a hospital, to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support creating a peaceful and empowering birth environment. Our postpartum services include nurturing the new mother, assisting with breastfeeding, and providing practical help with baby care up to 3 times in the first week and overnight for an additional hourly fee. In the case of perinatal loss or release, we offer gentle support, ceremonies, herbal, and energetic healing to honor and navigate this tender process while supporting you in person the first month after and offering ongoing virtual support the following month. Leah's approach is rooted in the belief that every individual's journey is unique and Leah aims to provide personalized, compassionate support throughout each stage.
